By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service from Pillar Studio Systems, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Pillar Studio Systems provides revenue infrastructure installation services for boutique fitness studios, including CaptureFlow OS setup, configuration, and ongoing subscription access. Service scope is defined in the service agreement provided at time of purchase.

Digital Products

All digital product purchases (including The Inquiry-to-Booking Playbook and any related materials) are final. Due to the digital nature of these products, we do not offer refunds after delivery.

Subscriptions

CaptureFlow OS is sold as a monthly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content, systems, workflows, copy, and materials provided by Pillar Studio Systems remain the intellectual property of Pillar Studio Systems. You may not resell, redistribute, or replicate any delivered work product without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Pillar Studio Systems provides revenue infrastructure systems in good faith. Results depend on factors outside our control including studio operations, booking software performance, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
